Constructed in 1992, this industrial structure was one of the first ventures of the Mann Group. The light industrial building paved the way for other developers in the immediate area to construct similar buildings, which now makes up the Surrey Light Industrial Trade Area on 84th Avenue. The structure was one of the first industrial buildings to be constructed in the Newton Area.
