Property managers will take on responsibilities of collecting and depositing all income, preparing financial and operating statements, and preparing annual operating budgets. A separate Trust Bank Account is set up, enabling our team to effectively manage the financial operations and provide clients with up-to-date reporting including month-end balances and monthly bank statements.
Repair & Maintenance
Quick – Quality – Reasonably Priced – this is what you should expect from our maintenance and repairs services. We manage the overall process for repairs and maintenance including coordinating workflow with contractors, tradesmen and other service providers; negotiating prices; and getting to the bottom of things to find the most effective solutions in every situation. Our in-house team of handymen and tradesmen can quickly be deployed to sites and with volume gains, our team can obtain preferred rates with sub-contractors. Finally, with our experience, we successfully maintain both the required standards of our buildings while providing long-term preventative maintenance programs.
Problem Solving
Our property managers are skilled with problem-solving and respond to contentious issues in a tactful manner. Our extensive experience within real estate, from acquisitions to construction and customer care, enables us to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
Education
Our property managers are consistently upgrading their skills and knowledge by attending educational seminars and classes that are recognized by the University of British Columbia. The Mann Group provides support to each of our employees who wish to further develop their abilities through training and educational programs. The Mann Group believes that this is necessary for their property managers to remain current with new rules and regulations that come forth in the industry.
