Constructed in 2006 by the Mann Group, the Gladwin Crossing plaza is one of the most prominent shopping centers in the Abbotsford Downtown core. With a 70,000 square foot retail and office building, it is home to many national and provincial tenants such as Scotiabank, Cob’s Bread, Fraser Health Authority, Ministry of Citizen Services, BC Community Living, Gateway Pizza and other professional businesses. The Gladwin Crossing shopping plaza is also owned and operated by the Mann Group. The Central area of Abbotsford is home to many large shopping centers including the Seven Oaks and West Oaks shopping center which are adjacent properties to Gladwin Crossing.
